The dogs kept digging under the fence and escaping. So we got aggressive. We dug a trench and installed a board below the original fence. Then nailed a heavy guage metal fence onto that additional board. We bent the fence at a 90 deg angle into the back yard and then buried it. The dogs never escaped again.
