Greek Pasta Salad


This recipe came from one of Erynn's friends Reenie. It has become an oft-requested favorite at parties.

Ingredients:
1 lb pasta shells (medium)
¾ cup ripe olives, sliced and drained
½ lb feta cheese, crumbled
Shredded parmesan
1 small tomato, diced
1 cup mayo
1 cup Italian dressing
1 tbsp dried oregano leaves
1 tsp kosher salt
Ingredients from original recipe that Erynn typically leaves out:
1 cup celery
1 tsp ground black peppercorns

Cook pasta, rinse and chill

Combine pasta with olives, feta, parmesan in a bowl

In separate bowl, whisk together mayo, italian dressing, oregano, salt, pepper

Pour dressing over salad and stir

Fold in tomatoes

Best served after chilled for an hour or so.
