Badlands National Park is amazing. The cliffs are striking and you can walk right up to the edge. We hiked the short Door Trail as you just enter the park from the Northeast. Then visited the Ben Reifel Visitor Center. It was pretty hot and the kids were tired from being in the car for about 5 hours.
