The setup for this world championships was the worst of the ~20 we'd been to so far. It was super hot, and the grandstands were oversold. So after attending the Saturday races we decided to skip Sunday, for the first time ever, and go for a hike in the Fruška Gora National Park. The trail was a 7-mile loop through varied terrain and followed the blue and red hashes marked on the tree.
