The rowing club has two shells houses. The main building is on the Rhein River and houses the gig shells, training room, locker room and all of the infrastructure for the club. Attached to the main building is the Rheinterassen Restaurant, which the club rents to the owner.
The previous second building is located on the Mühlauhafen (Mühlau Harbor) a few kilometers away. This second building is only a shed for the club's racing shells. It is located on the Mannheimer Regatta course and is 1950m dead straight and fairly protected from the wind.
The club build a new rowing center on the Altrhein after it was deemed rowing on the harbor was too dangerous for juniors. The new training center and shell house was completed in 2017.
