Small sprint triathlon a couple hours from our house in South Dakota. The race consisted of a 450yd pool swim, 12mile bike and 5k run. The weather was cool and windy with the first 6 miles of the bike into a direct head wind.
Erynn finished in 1:34:44 and took second in her age group. Doug finished in 1:28:11 and finished 5th in his age group and right in the middle of the pack overall.
